Who we are

Le Hub 288 is a business centre at 288, boulevard Curé-Labelle in Laval, Québec H7P 2P1. This policy explains, in plain terms, what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with and how we protect it.

Information we collect and how

We collect the information you send us through the booking request form, by email or by phone: your name, email, phone number, company name (optional), the space, date and duration requested, the number of people and any specific needs. Through the business address request form, we collect your name, email, phone number, company name and your message (optional).

We do not collect any payment information on this website.

Providing this information is voluntary. Without a name, email and phone number we can't process an online request; you can also book by phone.

Why we use it

Your information is used only to process your request: check availability, reply to you, send you an invoice and manage your booking or business address service. We do not sell it or use it for any other purpose.

Sharing with third parties and outside Québec

To process your request, we use providers that act on our behalf and may not use your information for any other purpose: our email delivery provider (Resend), whose servers are in the United States, the service that protects the form against bots (Cloudflare Turnstile), our website host, our email service and our invoicing software.

Before sharing information outside Québec, we assess the risks and make sure it will receive adequate protection, as required by law.

Cookies and technical logs

This website uses no advertising cookies and no tool that identifies, locates or profiles you. Like any website, our host keeps technical logs (for example the IP address and the page visited) to keep the site secure and working.

If we add an analytics tool, we will update this policy before enabling it.

Our governance practices

Only the members of our team who handle bookings can access your information. We keep requests that don't lead to a booking for at most 12 months, and bookings and invoices for as long as our tax obligations require; we then destroy them securely.

We keep a register of confidentiality incidents and, if an incident presents a risk of serious harm, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information.

Your rights and complaints

You may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or a copy in a structured technological format, and withdraw your consent, by writing to reservations@lehub288.ca. We reply within 30 days.

For any complaint about your information, write to the person in charge at the same address. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
