Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes: cancel at least 7 days before the rental starts for a full refund. Cancelling less than 48 hours before incurs a fee of 50% of the total amount. To change a booking, email or call us as early as possible: depending on availability, we'll offer you another time slot.
What equipment is available in the rooms?
Every room has high-speed Internet. List your needs (screen, video conferencing, table layout) in your request and the team will confirm what's available with your booking.
Can I bring in a caterer?
Yes. Mention it in your request and our team will confirm the delivery arrangements. The bistro kitchen can also be booked for a meal or an event.
